Let me tell you, CEREECOO was a major letdown when I recently tested it out for some phone accessories. In addition to having goods that broke down quickly, their customer service representatives were also unresponsive and unhelpful. I bought a phone case and charger, but after just a few uses, the charger stopped working and the case began to peel and crack. I requested a refund from customer service, but they were slow to react and provided no solutions. And to cap it all off, shipping was a complete nightmare. The products in my order were thrown into the packaging carelessly, and my order came much later than anticipated. Overall, I wouldn't advise anyone searching for dependable phone accessories to use CEREECOO. Shop elsewhere to save yourself the hassle.
