We are very happy with the support we receive from MTI and look forward to continued success in our partnership. From the beginning, MTI took our needs and desires to heart, and worked hard to make those needs a reality. Our platform now is able to communicate with other smart home devices from other providers. Our system has made it much more cost effective to keep our business and our clients happy with multiple systems under one roof instead of several. Our customers have had to rely on us for smart home security and comfort. Now we can rely on systems that aren't outdated and that perform flawlessly. There is nothing that we dislike about our system. Our customers continue to be surprised at the level of service we provide with our smart systems. Its simplicity is the best thing about it. I really like the fact that it's so easy to use. We're able to have a quick and easy way to manage our inventory and store data. I wish there would have been more training on the software. We had to send a staff member to train the rest of my team on the system. However, I love that once we're set up, there's hardly any training needed. The hardware is also simple and easy to use. We've been able to manage our inventory and inventory management.
