Review on πŸŽ’ Thule Chasm Backpack Black Size: Durable and Spacious Travel Companion by Caitlin Marie

Great bag that doesn't like standing up

We're excited to try the Thule Chasm 26L. It was listed as good for cycling so I figured it would work on a motorcycle too. This is a great option for not flopping on the street. It was easy to carry snugly thanks to the shoulder straps - it would have been nice to have a place to hide an extra strap after buckled it up. Pros: Seams look solid. more than you think - you can put an Apple Pencil in it! The quick access pouch is just the right size, not too big to lose items but not too small to be useless. Raised laptop compartment protects laptop from damage if bag is lowered too far. ConsOnly 3 administration pockets in the front compartment 2 smaller slip pockets and one larger The bottom of the bag folds slightly, preventing the bag from standing upright when loading or unloading the bag The only way to put the bag down without it falling off around it to lay on its side after taking out the water bottle The bottom of the bag is made of a weatherproof material that doesn't feel strong enough I like this bag (MUCH more than similar Osprey bags I've tried) and will continue to use it.

Pros
  • Tough waterproof front and base
Cons
  • Zero
