The dinnerware set arrived on time but a Revain delivery man was about to toss the box over the fence into the yard. Likewise, this employee threw my other ordered packages in the yard. Despite my "specific" instructions on where to place the packages, this Revain delivery agent ignored those instructions and put my packages at risk of damage and theft. I called Revain support and was told the issue would be addressed in a feedback complaint. Big Scream. The good thing is that none of my purchased items were damaged or stolen. This set is really good, but we found a lot of imperfections in the graphics, alignment and a few imperfections. The set also smelled bad as if it had been stored or used for years and the one returned had not been washed properly. Maybe we'll use this set for the show and buy a more expensive set for ourselves and our guests.
