My only complaint about the product was the smell of the beard balm, it was a 'magic' scent but the balm has an odd fishy smell. It's not super strong, but it shows in your face... It's weird that other products with the same flavor don't have it, so it must be an ingredient in the balm or it's gone bad. I have tried many other brands and the longest was before shaving when I noticed my mustache and goatee were thinning and decided to try Bossman. I have very coarse and coarse facial hair. So if I don't take care of my mustache, it cuts the corners of my mouth badly. I've been using the full system for about a month now, not sure about the thickening but this month I've had a lot less daily shedding and my facial hair is softer so it's working in those aspects. In general I am satisfied with everything, things seem to be of good quality. I just ordered another jar of balm with a different scent so we'll see if that weird smell goes away or not. If you have coarse facial hair I would definitely recommend this brand to others on the market.
