If there was a negative star, I would use it! DO NOT buy this product. I read all the reviews before purchasing this product and thought they were decent enough to give it a try. I bought it to warm my baby's milk on the go. I needed it so much when I got it that I took it out of the box without trying it and threw away all the packaging. When I finally tried to use it, the product didn't work. Connected to the cigarette lighter, the cup got EXTREMELY hot next to the power connection, the cup never heated the liquid. I had a blister from touching the hot spot on the cup and a crying baby dealing with cold milk. I contacted the company to request an exchange for one that worked 45 days after purchase and they said there was nothing they could do for me. Very disappointing!
