However, the product did not work even though the electrical connection is connected
We received the product but it didn't work, although the electrical connection is clogged and smells of strange smoke. We have already received the replacement product, but the mistake was made by both of us. We start using the device in Kuwait where the voltage is 240V but the device is 120V and it is the fault of the supplier for not mentioning instructions on the electrical precautions. The device did not work after being turned on directly. In a workshop we replaced the blown transmitter and fixed the problem to convert the input voltage from 240v to 120v and the cost was 100+$. The unit is good but our problem is why aren't electrical safety precautions included in the brochure? So what? solution now?
