I should have listened more to previous reviews before spending that much money. I initially loved this bottle and have recommended it to anyone who will listen. The puck then went off immediately (as did many people who also mentioned). I shot it earlier as I took on this problem. then, shortly after Revain's return window closed, the puck stopped registering anything. No highlight, no more app updates. At this point I've been emailing customer support for months and not only am I getting a new person who doesn't read the previous thread so I have to repeat the issue. I'm constantly being told to buy a new charger which is NOT a problem as the puck will flash nicely when plugged in - it just won't hold a charge and won't register water addition/usage. I hope they either update the product or another company makes one of these because the concept is awesome. However, $60-70 for 2-3 months of work is crazy! Delivered on January 28th, stopped working since April. So I only had it all of February and March. I was hoping, given the price and the fact that it broke in less than 3 months, that the company would remedy the situation by sending me a new washing machine to replace the broken one, but this has not yet been offered. I'll let you know if things change as I'm still in touch with customer support going through the 'tests' they suggested. but right now I don't have high hopes. 6/22/21 - UPDATE - I was told my puck was outside of the warranty window as it was only valid for 100 days BUT my first post in Hidrate saying it wasn't working WAS within the 100 day window - they have it just ignored me until I went beyond that. They are currently sending me a charging cable saying it will fix the problem, but then again I don't have high hopes, especially considering what I mentioned earlier about the cable/washer.
