This is my first purchase from Flexiyard and it will not be my last. I bought this L sectional cover for a piece of furniture on my lanai. I live in Florida and the lanai is in full sun in the late afternoon. I wanted a cover that was sun proof and water proof, not just water resistant. I have had it two weeks now and already through several rainstorms. The cover does exactly what it says it does. It has protected the sectional so that after the rain, I can sit in it. I will update this review after a couple more months to check the fading- but so far, it has been perfect.
