I was concerned when I first assembled the chair because the material seemed cheap and breaks easily, but when assembled it is quite strong. I've been using it in my dorm room for over four months (so it's gotten a lot of use) and it fits really well under a school desk. I'm 5'5 and the back of the chair doesn't go very high into my back, so the unpadded upper back digs right into my shoulder blades, but the back reclines at an angle that isn't 90 degrees, so you can't recline back a lot when you work at your desk. At the highest level, my feet barely touch the ground. It's almost too small a chair for me, I definitely wouldn't recommend it if you're a tall person. My brother who is 5ft 10" finds it too small to sit comfortably in. Sky blue is even softer and prettier in real life, but it scratches easily. There was a dirty black spot on the back of mine and it didn't look like it was cleaned well. I plan to buy some waterproof shoe spray to protect the fabric a bit. But for the price? Nice office chair.
