I had to return this product because the top bracket that goes over the door is for a thicker door than the door I was planning to use it on. Unfortunately, the extra 1/2 inch meant the stand hung at a slight angle and wobbled every time I put something on or off it. Getting dressed at 5am meant I would probably wake my neighbors if I didn't plan my outfit the night before. one piece. I didn't really bother with the metallic finish, but that's easily fixed with paint. I've already returned the item so I don't have the exact dimensions of the top brace, but I'm sure other reviewers have posted. That. CHECK YOUR MASS! Measure seven times, order once! ;)
