Warning: TERRIBLE PRODUCT and experience! I have very long straight hair and have used several curling irons in my life but this was the worst curling iron I have ever used. Angry and completely devastated, I went and got my kitchen thermometer to see what the temperature of the iron was on its lowest setting because I couldn't figure out why the hell it was burning my hair. What do you think? The thermometer registered 423F on the lowest setting (when it should have stayed at 280F MAX) (see video). I am extremely disappointed! Also, I can't even return this item as the return window closed on October 28th. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
