The packaging is basic but you don't need much. Good size camera. The mount is ideal for the desktop mount. For my dual monitor setup so I could get the camera up I just taped the mount to the top of one of my monitors and it worked great. The mount limits the number of angles it can move when you mount it on a monitor or shelf. It doesn't spin or anything unless you just put it on the table, then it spins for sure. There was a protective seal around the black ring around the lens, but not on the lens itself. I thought it was weird, but it wasn't a show stopper. The instructions were very simple and they were supposed to snap the mount into place, but the mount was already attached. So just unpack and plug in. No drivers are needed on my Win10 machine. During video conferences, a red light will flash to let you know the camera is active, and you can also look at something so people can see you're looking at them instead of looking up or down. The camera microphone works quite well. It's not on par with my headset, which I wasn't expecting, but it works well. People said I was crystal clear. The picture quality is EXCELLENT. No lags or blocky videos. It's a really good camera and works with Microsoft Teams, which is a big deal since several other cameras I've tested don't work with Teams. It also works with other popular video conferencing software. an easy way to block the lens. So when I'm not using it, I just aim at the ceiling. This is a good webcam and I would recommend it. Delivery in 2 days which is very fast.
