I am very disappointed with the design of this product. The screws are too long to install as shown in the pictures (with the hex part of the screw on top). The length interferes with the free rotation of the casters, making the cart virtually unusable without adjustment. Installing the screws the other way doesn't make sense as they stick out where the barrel is supposed to sit. You can do this for the two outer studs, but the rollers still won't spin freely because of the other two. Why doesn't the seller know about this? That's great. The previous poster did a good job of talking about the issue with the location of the bolts interfering with the barrel. I'll end up putting up a piece of plywood like he did, but with the screws countersunk at the top of the layer, reducing the length of the nuts and making this thing usable. On the plus side, the reels feel durable and relatively cheap. Knowing what I know now, I wouldn't buy this car - I don't want to mess with it to make it usable. I'm surprised others don't comment on the same issue, perhaps the seller/manufacturer changed the bolts or rollers without checking the clearance.
