Wetsuit is $60. You get what you pay for. professionals1. The camouflage pattern looks GREAT.2. Feels like advertised 3mm.3. Long zipper, no one else had to put on and take off. Disadvantages1. I have a very muscular build. XXL fits my chest (45") and shoulders (58"), but leaves room above my waist (31"). Size is often an issue for me and it caters to me more than others. The sleeves are also quite long. Just know. I'll try the XL and see if I have better luck.2. The seals near the zipper on the chest, neck, ankles and wrists are flimsy at best, they're not the flat type that makes a 1-2" seal, but rather small round rubber rings. Haven't gotten wet yet, but I don't expect them to last more than 30 seconds. The padding around the chest HAS a flap that you'll find on more expensive ones Suits will see but this flap is neoprene not rubber so water doesn't get trapped in. It's for looks.3 That may be my thing again but the pressure on my neck is a little too tight for my liking though it's still not the best kind of print The "overlay" of a sub erwasserfischers on the chest is not an overlay. It's just a different material that feels thinner and tends to swamp on the second touch of water. It's a cheap attempt at looking like a high-end suit and I don't see any benefit in that. Conclusion. You just paid $60. This is not Mares, Cressi, ScubaPro or SEAC. This suit is good for the person who is just starting out and needs extra warmth in the water they are in. Considering it's going to be phased out, I'll keep my rating at a touch of *Heat. However, it will help. This suit looks great. The camouflage is beautiful, the neoprene feels, smells and looks very similar to my Henderson Thermoprene Pro which I use for snorkeling. (This suit is for my entry into freediving and reef lionfish hunting.) Second insight, because I'm talking. Get this if you want and need something simple that looks good. Ideal for friends or children who are just starting to dive. It's not the highest quality stuff and I think we all know that. But what if it takes you to our springs, oceans, rivers and lakes and reminds you of the beauty of a world we often don't see? I think that's a win in my book. Give it a try, if not for you return it. It is so easy. Dive safe! UPDATE: After trying L, XL and XXL I returned all three suits. The clasp around my neck is too tight for all sizes and cuts off blood flow to my head causing my veins to swell and my face to turn red. It was intended to be used as a spearfishing and freediving suit, so cutting off blood flow in any way is too much of a risk. I wish I could keep them as I love the color. For reference: I'm 5'11", weight 195 pounds, waist 31", neck 17".
