Pure garbage! on Mixers

After 3 uses it won't turn on anymore. The whisk eject button is the same mixer power button. When the clubs are in the knob, it just doesn't slip. Remove the clubs and the button works. Not exactly what I had imagined! My guess is that the clubs fall out of the box. How difficult is it to design a simple mixer?
