I'm 5ft 4" - 5ft 5", 135 pounds and so happy I chose Medium. Wednesday went very well. It's a thinner type of fabric so it's not heavy, which is nice. Then again, you don't get the security or tightness that I like. The belt is not as high as I would have expected. It hits me right on the belly button and goes down when you squat because of the shape of the buttocks and the fabric of the strap. It's very good for the price. The bra is very comfortable and I can easily put it on and take it off which is very nice after a workout. There's definitely a fake round look that I personally don't like, but if you're someone who has what it takes, this is all you need. :)
