I used a lot of 60 and 100 grit blocks in this project, and more than one set of gloves. I was glad to do it in the shade with sunshine available to set the mix. I am very glad it is so easy to clean up, the sanding blocks left a suede blocks worth to clean up after i got to 220. Photo is birch face ply for a rack space top (19 x 14 inches)
