I ordered five of these in late 2015 to replace all the original Toto valves in five toilets in my house and they worked flawlessly right out of the box. Installation was very easy and sealed very well. I even installed new inflation valves (Korky 528MP MaxPerformance inflation valve) and they work great together. Incidentally, last week one of the dampers in my bedroom began to wear out prematurely, sometimes causing the water in the tank to run endlessly to the handle. was rerolled. Fixed an issue related to an unreliable seal on this particular shock, all others still seem to be working pretty well after 4 years. I thought it must be a coincidence and was still happy with the brand so decided to try their guarantee. I emailed Corky about this issue and asked if they would be willing to help me replace one of them and lo and behold, Maribel replied and was a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond and I feel blessed to be dealing with a solid brand that proudly says "Made in the USA" and has a strong commitment to customer service and loyalty.
