Love the design and quality of the basket.As for the creases they are pretty stubborn.When I received the package in the mail I unfolded and then had it tumble around in the dryer.Then I stuffed it with a comforter for 2 days to hopefully regain its shape. I also sprayed it down with Downey Wrinkle release and even put it in for another dryer tumble.Finally a few days later I steamed it with a steamer and then put a couple of comforters back in there to continue to get its shape back. This was all in the course of about a week. There are still some slight bends in it, but I'm sure over time it will eventually smooth out.I use it for our cloth napkins. I like that it is lightweight and easy to carry to the laundry room and also move out of the way when the robotic vacuum cleans.
