Review on Enhanced Clover Rotary Cutter - 7500 Series with 45mm Blade by Kristen Reid

How long should the blade stay sharp? I don't know what to think of this product. I bought it in May 2020. First used August 2020. After cutting 4 pieces of pure white 100% cotton fabric, the blade did not cut anything else, not even paper. I turned the blade over and used it. Nothing has been cut yet. I switched the blade to my left hand. Still not cut. All the blade does is crumple fabric. Does anyone have a suggestion what else I can do? I think it's too late for a refund. I'm afraid to spend more money on a replacement blade and maybe I don't need it. Should I buy a rotary knife from another manufacturer? Help a little people. Many Thanks.
