Review on 🎥 Enhance Your Media Production with the Blackmagic Design UltraStudio 3G Recorder by Lisa Fugiel

Edit 05/23/21: I noticed that my initial review of this unit might have been a bit harsh. I was frustrated that BM does NOT include the right cables to get their hardware up and running. However, having spent over $20 on a 3ft USB-C to Thunderbolt 3 cable, I'm here to report that this device actually works as expected and as such I'm updating my review from my previous 1 star to 4 stars. I'm still deducting a star for the above cable situation. This device does NOT come with a Thunderbolt cable, so if you don't have a cable ready and available, you'll need to purchase it again. So far it has been up and running in less than 30 minutes and none of my Windows 10 Thunderbolt 3 computers have recognized this device. Even Blackmagic Desktop Video Setup doesn't recognize it. Looks like this will have to come back. Blackmagic: This problem is caused by your cheapness. Throw cord here! Even a short 12"/1ft cable. Anything. Anything!
