Just got this hard case for Epson 2045 and .

Just got this hard case for Epson 2045 and had to make some serious adjustments. I found that it doesn't fit perfectly until you cut and remove the foam on the bottom of the case. There are three pieces of foam, the bottom one is about 1 inch thick, the middle one is about 3-4 inches, the one on the top of the case with all the dimples glued to the top of the case. So I cut out the bottom of the first layer to match the middle layer so the top layer doesn't put too much pressure on the top of the projector and get in the way of the controls. I also trimmed the dimples on the top layer to give more room to the back of the projector and so they don't get in the way of the controls again. So this case WORKS, I would like it to be about 1 1/2" to 2" deeper, removing the foam (protection) from the bottom of the case is a pain, but with soft feet on the projector I hope so that it helps protect it. I don't plan on throwing the case off a building or wall so I'm pretty sure it will work. I'm keeping the styrofoam I removed to see if I can use it to protect the bottom of the projector a little more. on it Jason
