Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good quality product, I rate this purchase excellent.

deployed Debian. The stable version did not operate due to the newness of the equipment. The trial live distribution was also unsuccessful (graphics and network did not work). I also tested Mint; while the graphics ran smoothly without any acceleration, the touchpad was inoperable despite Linux 5.9 having added support for it. I consequently installed a non-official Debian test live image with pre-installed non-free packages right away (Unofficial non-free images including firmware packages). A kernel 5.9 and all the required components were already present. Both the touchpad and the graphics were nicely captured. I encountered a problem during installation while trying to identify the network card and was unable to locate the required firewood. After downloading, WiFi functioned normally after I omitted this step. I had to connect the mouse using an external USB converter since, perhaps, there was a bluetooth issue because the adaptor was not recognized. The built-in adaptor functioned once firmware-realtek 20222218-3 was installed. Brightness control is effective. Read reviews that claim it is ineffective. If this issue arises, I believe it is worthwhile to upgrade to more recent kernel versions. There were audio issues. I had to add the left driver to the blacklist because it was linked for some reason: /etc/modprobe. D/blacklist. Conf # echo "blacklist snd rn pci acp3x" I examined The Witcher 2, CS GO, and Nexuiz's visuals. Nexuiz can fly. The Witcher plays sequences with some slowness, but otherwise runs smoothly on Full HD with medium settings. In challenging circumstances, CS:GO lags a tiny bit with the default settings. For nine hours, the battery remains stable. It predicts all 12 when the keyboard's backlight is off and the brightness is low. The hardware is generally relatively new, but surprisingly there weren't many issues with it; all you need to do is install the correct kernel and drivers. Overall, a nice computer for a home that doesn't require much processing power.

Pros
  • Excellent visual quality, but not the best horizontal viewing angles. solid body with a good build. The laptop is portable and lightweight. For laptop speakers, the sound is rather clear but lacks bass. The cooler is barely audible when the laptop isn't heavily loaded. nice layout and an ergonomic keyboard. Due to the lack of separate PgUp and PgDn keys adjacent to the arrows and the limited availability of laptops with an acceptable Home and End key configuration, touch typing causes the screen to occasionally fly up and down owing to unintentional clicks. It is certainly possible to navigate with the up and down buttons, even if I'm more accustomed to when the left and right keys are narrower and easier to feel with your hands.
Cons
  • On the upper center and lower left of the screen, there is backlight. I blamed the assembly for this flaw. . After some use, one bug was discovered. The CPU has the ability to reset its maximum frequency on its own to 400 MHz. Performance policies are not covered by this because there are no such values. This restriction applies to both performance and on-demand. Reviews indicate that this behavior has been present in AMD processors since the 2500U. Only 56 degrees are present, which is not very high. Moreover, the frequency returns naturally to normal. Evidently, there is a throttling bug.
