I like that it is very user friendly, easy to use with little training required. It does not have as many bells & whistles as other products out there but it's functionalities are more than enough for our needs. The support team has been fantastic! We've had some issues in the past few weeks where we cannot access certain areas of the product via mobile devices. They were able to resolve this issue within minutes. If you're looking for an all-inclusive solution then Zeva may be your best option. Technical assessment process; creating reports/dashboards for clients; managing client information (e.g., contact info); automating tasks; providing additional security features when needed.
