I like that it is easy to use, has many options available, can be used in conjunction with other programs such as Riskwarez or SafeNet's RMS, allows you to keep track of your assessment results, and provides detailed reports about each risk identified and assessed. I like that it is very user friendly, easy to use with little training required. It does not have as many bells & whistles as other products out there but it's functionalities are more than enough for our needs. The support team has been fantastic! We've had some issues in the past few weeks where we cannot access certain areas of the product via mobile devices. They were able to resolve this issue within minutes. The ease of use, it is very well organized so that you can quickly find what needs to be done next even if they aren't in your list alphabetically or by category. I like how easy this software makes doing an audit/technical assessment much easier than other tools out there!
