This item won't completely remove the offended broadcast yay-em QRM from your receiver, but it will absolutely muffle the broadcast yay-em, just enough to take the load off dem reduce receiver front end and built-in filters. I use this in conjunction with "Uno" and now I can use the HF boost at each level without overloading the front end and I no longer hear/see the next bible station every 20kHz on each band. Good value for money, worth a few extra bucks for an aluminum chassis above the bare bones list.
