I have a very small office and our original phones eventually died. I asked my assistant to buy a new phone and she got it. I don't know if that's my generation but I would prefer a higher quality for everyday use. It's ok, but I'm not impressed. You pick up the phone and connect with a significant delay, which I hate, but it's wireless so I'm guessing there's nothing that can be done about it. We also have 2 sets in my office and the phones are switching which is causing problems with voicemail. The buttons on the phone are so tiny that you have to be VERY careful when putting customers on hold or changing lines. It's almost impossible to use anything other than hand dialing. <sigh> It's ok but for my money I would spend more and expect A LOT more.
