I needed something light to wear for bedtime that gave me some lower body freedom instead of pajamas with the usual waistband. I'm 6'1, 200 pounds and ordered an XL to be a little loose.The length was great as it goes past my knees. If I get a little hot (down there) at night, I can easily hike it up and cool off. I wear it in the backyard in the early morning enjoying a coffee. If I have to go somewhere in a hurry, I put on a pair of jeans, tuck the shirt in and head out. The Henley style top looks like a normal shirt with a pocket. You gotta get one of these.they're great! I'm ordering another one as a spare!
