This summer I had a desire to make sun tea. Many people brew iced tea and skip all the key steps of leaving it in the hot sun all day to brew it. Well, I love sunbathing, especially with the addition of fruits or herbs like mint and lavender. Nothing penetrates tea like Mr. Sunshine himself. I pour 3 boiling water into the mixture and take it out on the porch to bake all day. As long as it holds up well. The vintage faux edges are beautiful. The grip is strong and balanced. The opening is great for squeezing my hand in and facilitating a quick clean. The stainless steel plate with two fill options is a nice touch. And the capacity is perfect for two people. All in all everything is as sweet as my tea.
