I like that they are very responsive to requests from our team as well as their customers (internal and external). They have been helpful in many ways with both internal projects and customer facing needs. Their support staff has also always responded quickly when we call or email them about issues of any kind. We've used N2Grates products over several years now at multiple locations across different states within the US government - including some remote sites via VPN access only. The level of service provided by this product line has never wavered! This speaks volumes given how much change there was around us during these times. It's just so important not to lose sight of what you need while trying to navigate through all your options out there today. There were no major problems other than occasional slowdowns but even then it wasn't too bad since everything gets worked into an SLA anyway.
