You have to charge it, does not take batteries.
This pointer is rechargable, no batteries. Which sounds great, but I keep forgetting to turn off the little power switch so I constantly run it down and have to recharge it. (I'm a professor and I used it all day every day)
- The remote includes next and previous slide buttons, allowing you to easily navigate through your presentation without having to return to your computer
- The green light can be misconstrued as a laser pointer and cause confusion
