Review on Topwit Electric Hot Pot Mini: 1.2L Cooker, Noodles Cooker, Electric Kettle with Multi-Function for Steam, Egg, Soup, and Stew - Over-Heating & Boil Dry Protection by Roy Bush

I bought this when I was away from home and lived in a studio with no kitchen. I ordered one to make soups, pasta, etc. My hot pot only boils on one side as another user mentioned. I tried to order a replacement but they had some shipping issues so I'm just trying to give this item a second chance. He still helps me prepare meals and is very helpful in situations like mine. People comment that it's easy to clean, but I totally disagree. The instructions warn against getting moisture on the bottom electrical inlet (for obvious reasons), so trying to clean it is a headache. Maybe it's easy if you use some kind of cloth or washcloth.? I use cooking oil so I have to wash and rinse the inside, but when I do that I have to be very careful all the time not to get most of the outside wet. Also, the material this product is made of seems to be pretty cheap - it's not worth $30. It looks a little closer to the $10-$20 high. Usefulness and reliability (so far) are the reason why I give it 3 stars and nothing less.
