I used this cordless electric planer to install a set of cabinets in an area business. It worked good but wanted to start cutting out toward the end of the installation. But it is a good value for the money.Update 5-5-22---Found out that it wasn't overheating, I had used it a lot and the battery was at about 25 or so % .so it was just that it needed to be charged. Charging time takes a while, like 4-6 hours. but I used it only once in a while on jobs so that's ok with me. I moved the star rating from 4 star to 5 star. Pleased with purchase .even though it is made in China.
