I was looking for a larger cold brew system and this seemed perfect. What attracted me the most was the size because of the price. While I can't complain about the overall performance of the system - all parts work as they should and the coffee brews relatively smoothly. I have a serious problem - the filter mechanism. This cold brew system uses a stainless steel filter. While this makes cleaning incredibly easy, the filter doesn't filter out coffee bean particles like I'd like. I'm going through the process of two filters right now. When transferring the beer from the container to the carafe, I use a sieve to get particles that the stainless steel filter that comes with it doesn't catch.
