Review on 🍶 Charcoal 1L CamelBak eddy+ BPA Free Water Bottle, 32 oz by James Duffield

I have 2 returns of this item with the same mouthpiece, problem occurred within 1 year. If I write another review now, my old one from June 2020 pops up. So I will add.1 (in May 2020). I like the CamelBak drinking bottles in general, which is why I give them 2 stars. However, the plastic mouthpiece on this bottle kept coming loose and was eventually lost after just two weeks of use. I then sent it back but somehow it got lost in the post so they charged me again for it and now I can't find the tracking number to prove to them I sent it bc to Revain . It says "return window closed" even though I sent it back during the return period (within two weeks of receipt). So I'm not satisfied with the return process and the non-working product.2 (I had to buy a replacement bottle in July 2020). Same problem. Walked the dog, looked down, the valve is missing. Simply touching my clothes shouldn't make me have a new bottle in 2 months. I was looking for a replacement valve, Revain is not. The return window closed last month. Unfortunately I will switch brands.
