I love the quality of the product and as this is my mother's ashes I was pleased to see that the locket urn came with all the necessary tools to ensure the ashes of our loved ones is placed in the medallion. What I didn't like was the inscription and the extremely small hole for the ashes. The inscription is so tiny that even in the light of the lamp I could barely make out the words "Forever in my heart" Mom. That's why I bought it because of the healing words. It would be nice to see the inscription.
