Fits well, fits well but not soft vinyl.

Pulling off the old is harder than tightening the new. There are protrusions on all sides, several, I might add you have to use a flat blade or screwdriver to pry each one out. Installing a new one is easy, but it took some force to get the new tabs. click and lock. After that it's pretty tight. However, if you are looking for a soft vinyl, note that this is not a hard plastic.
