Too short good for gym wear

This dress is very short. I'm 5ft 7in (135lbs, bust 34, waist 28, hips 38), ordered the size of the dress according to the measurement chart and although it fits my body perfectly, the waist seam is in the middle of my ribs, the vent lands over my hips and the skirt is very short. This dress fits a girl my size but about 5ft tall.
