Kefir is easy! well suited for the kitchen and dining room
I already had kefir mushrooms, but the open mouth of the jar, the lid with sieve (two sizes - brilliant!) and the size of the jar are just great! I made the best goat milk kefir I have ever made. The plastic top cap can be adjusted to allow air to escape, which is just perfect. I wish I hadn't waited so long to get it.
