Pros: 1) Nice Cons: 1) Mediocre coffee 2) Carafe doesn't drain well 3) Carafe doesn't keep coffee hot 4) Non-removable water tank 5) No support service (did me at all unanswered) 6) If you unplug the device, all settings will be lost, including time, program and Wi-Fi settings7) The app is very slow and it is a serious agony to set up and use8) Coffee The coffee grounds get spilled EVERYWHERE when brewing - under the filter, on the shower head and in the carafe. In short, it's a very, very expensive piece of (extremely beautiful) junk. to use it, you can enjoy it.
