Neck Pain Worse Than Before

I was excited to find an alternative to my favorite down pillow when it came time to replace it, but this pillow was giving me severe neck and shoulder pain after I almost Had used for 2 months. Bad because I thought I'd order a shredded latex pillow that I could remove some latex from to make it to my liking, but I must have pressed the wrong button. Unfortunately there will be a change.
