Slow down unhealthy weight gain

We have adopted 2 feral kittens who were recently rescued around 3 months old. They had just been neutered but were a bit emaciated. We started with a different food recommended by local cat shelters. One cat quickly gained weight fearing this food might be her last. We have just lost our 17 year old cat who was treated by Royal Canin Urinary SO for urinary problems. Since a vet told me that he keeps his cats on this diet, I started feeding them this food. They preferred Rroyal Canin so I started looking at Royal Canin kitten food. Although the little eater is still bigger than his brother, this food seems to keep him healthy without gaining too much weight. They seem to like the food too. Since kittens are neutered at a much earlier age than they used to be, it's nice to find a product that caters to their particular needs. These are beautiful, affectionate kittens with gorgeous wool and fluffy tails, full of energy. I recommend this product.
