I just received this today and after plugging it in and noticing that it stops intermittently I saw the problem. The button to select 2.4g or Blue Tooth is right where the mouse thumb is. This is our very poorly thought out position for the button that changes the connection to the mouse. I now know what to do to fix it. I'll see if my hand learns not to let my thumb touch that button. If not, I'll send it back and get a different model. Otherwise it seems to be working fine (so far). Lots of buttons and functions. (My thumb changed the mouse from 2.4g to BT five times while writing this review.) Update. I would not buy this mouse as I keep pressing the 2.4g/Bluetooth button. The manufacturer should move it to the bottom of the mouse because I and I believe most people never or almost never change g to bt, especially enough to put this button as the easiest button to click on the mouse, even if you don't do it. I don't want to push him. Move the button maker.
