By far the biggest problem is the instructions. They don't show you how to align the parts, and they don't label which part goes with which in the instructions. Previous items I have collected had stickers identifying Part A from Part B. With this one you should be able to guess it. I spent a lot of time assembling and disassembling this thing trying to figure out where every detail goes. I tried several times until I finally figured it out. I was sent a product with the same two sides. It would never align and not assemble because I didn't have the right parts. The parts were very light and gave the impression of a cheap product.
