Review on Invantage by Jim Booth

The support was great! Customer service is paramount to us. If we had any issues with something on our site, they helped us figure it out. It was really helpful! My only concern would be if the user was having trouble uploading photos. When you upload an image, you get a pop up window asking if you want to save the photo or cancel. For the majority of people, they probably don't realize they have to confirm saving the photo. And so, if the user tries to submit a form and doesn't see the picture, they won't know why it didn't go through. Overall, it wasn't a big issue, but it could be improved.
