This vendor provides software that we use. They are expensive and their product is buggy.

We use the products provided by this vendor. It is difficult to say much without knowing exactly what their product does. But I can tell you that it has not lived up to our expectations. For instance, when we tried to upgrade our license from version 1.2 to version 2.0 of their product, they required us to spend $15,000 before they would accept any payment. That's right, 15K for an upgrade. So we declined. The product also appears to be very slow, with frequent hangs, freezes, and other…

Support was great! Customer service is paramount to us.

The support was great! Customer service is paramount to us. If we had any issues with something on our site, they helped us figure it out. It was really helpful! My only concern would be if the user was having trouble uploading photos. When you upload an image, you get a pop up window asking if you want to save the photo or cancel. For the majority of people, they probably don't realize they have to confirm saving the photo. And so, if the user tries to submit a form and doesn't see the…
