I use it as a water based cleanser after using banila clean it zero balm and my skin is clean, smooth and doesn't feel tight. I don't feel sparkling clean, which means you've broken the moisture barrier. I've also used this breast combo with some success. I still have rashes on my chest but they are going away. Sometimes I still have hormonal breakouts on my chin and jawline, but they are much smaller and go away faster with this cleanser. I look forward to trying other Troiareuke products as this product has become a staple of my daily skincare routine.
