This is the second one I'm returning, there's no help anywhere to figure out why it's not syncing with my 2019 machine, for the price and no help, I'm returning it forever and getting a cheap player from Get it. Now, after finally reading the leaflet/booklet that came with the GMC TERRAIN car, it says the 'system' in the car detects rogue/fake systems and therefore doesn't detect them and you don't integrate into your car system. No wonder these CD players didn't do anything when plugged in, the machine already knows they're junk and won't work.
