I have two deep cycle marine batteries powering a model locomotive. Before buying this battery tender I would go to my garage 2-3 times a week and charge the batteries to keep them going. I bought a battery tender, I use it at 24 volts as I am charging two batteries in series. I've been using the tender for about a month, my batteries are ready to go, they have good life and run time. I am very satisfied with this product.
